Using this website

The site is designed with semantic headings, keyboard-accessible navigation and controls, visible focus indicators, labelled form fields and text alternatives for meaningful images. It respects reduced-motion preferences for supported animations and uses responsive layouts for different screen sizes.

You can use browser zoom, text resizing, keyboard navigation and your device's built-in accessibility features. Mortgage calculators also show written labels and results so the information is not conveyed by a chart alone.

Assistance and alternative formats

If a page, document, calculator or form is difficult to use, contact Rahul and describe what you need. We can discuss the information by phone and provide a reasonable alternative where available.

Known limitations and third-party services

Some features are supplied by third parties, including the Calendly booking interface, Google services and the Birdeye review widget. Their accessibility is controlled by those providers, and some content or interactions may not work the same way with every assistive technology.

If a third-party tool creates a barrier, contact Rahul directly. Booking, questions and application next steps can be handled without relying on that embedded tool.
