Team Active Mortgage operates under the Mortgage Architects brand out of Bedford, Nova Scotia, led by mortgage broker Rahul Bedi. It's a small, hands-on team: real client files, real lender conversations, and direct mentorship rather than a training binder. We work weekdays, evenings, and weekends because that's when clients need us — and we take the complex files other brokers pass on.

Mortgage Agent / Associate Broker — Nova Scotia

Requirements

19+ and a Canadian resident
Able to pass a criminal record check
Willing to complete the Nova Scotia Associate Mortgage Broker Course, or already holds an equivalent associate-level licence from another province
Based in, or willing to work, the Halifax/Bedford, NS area

For an experienced, already-licensed mortgage broker (NS Mortgage Broker Licence or equivalent from another recognized province) looking to grow their business with more support — lead flow, systems, and a 50+ lender panel, under the Mortgage Architects / Team Active Mortgage brand.

Requirements

Current NS Mortgage Broker Licence, or equivalent from a recognized province (AB, BC, MB, NB, ON, QC, SK)
Clean regulatory record
